Last month, Nokia made its return to the smartphone market official by launching three phones, along with the Nokia 3310, at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. The newly released phones are all slotted in the budget range. Now, according to a new rumor, the Finnish smartphone maker also plans to release two flagship smartphones sometime in the middle of this year.

A report from China says that Nokia will release two variants of its flagship device in June. The smartphones, produced by HMD Global, are likely to have Qualcomm's flagship Snapdragon 835 processor, and 4 or 6 GB of RAM.

According to the report, the phones will sport a metal unibody design and at least one of the variants will come with rear dual cameras. It also points out to the possibility of the camera sensor having a minimum 23 MP resolution. No other details are available as of now, though the phones could be priced at around $600.

Nokia's globally released phones, Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6, are likely to debut in India during the second quarter of this year. The phonemaker has said that it might release the Nokia 3310 feature phone in India ahead of any of these offerings.
