When M Venkaiah Naidu, the Union Minister for Urban Development, decided to invite businesses to invest in Jharkhand, proclaiming that the state has an "investor-friendly government", he decided to unleash his inner poet by penning a small verse on the subject.
The minister wrote on his official Facebook page:

To be fair to him, Naidu is known for his quirky one-liners and sharp observations. He had created a bit of a stir in 2013 by claiming that a particular political party contesting elections against BJP in Tamil Nadu boosted attendance at their rallies with the aid of the four Bs β bus, biryani, bottle and batta.
