Customers are always on the verge of a meltdown when their demands aren't met. And usually at the receiving end are the poor customer care executives. The success of a business heavily relies on how your support staff handle bizarre demands at odd hours.

In a hilarious yet innocent exchange, a staff member at restaurant finding service Zomato received an unusual yet polite request.

It started off with a customer -- Rahul Agnihotri -- chatting in Hindi, asking the executive for something every smoker craves after midnight -- cigarettes.

In the convo, Rahul asks the executive to help him connect with a restaurant. The executive tells him the restaurant is out of reach.

The executive who being a good samaritan then switches to Hindi and advises Rahul about the harmful effects of smoking. Rahul, in turn, replies, "Thanks, bro, you have opened my eyes!"

To which the executive replies, "Sister not brother :D"
