Vijay Mallya's Twitter Account Hacked By Legion, Email Dumps Posted

UB group chairman Vijay Mallya's twitter account was hacked by the group called Legion today. This is the latest instance in a series of hacks that started with Rahul Gandhi's Twitter account and later included the Congress Party's account. Mallya quickly issued a clarification from his handle.

The group also posted a lot of Mallya's personal details, including his address in London, email dumps, and emails and password linked to his bank accounts. After posting the partial dumps, the group has promised to post data of 1 GB, which has substantial details about Mallya's financial dealings.

The group denied rumors of blackmailing the former business tycoon. It even posted the tweets containing pictures of Mallya's passport and his UK resident permit.

The 32 MB partial dump released by the hackers contains the documents including Mallya's UK staying permit, a copy of his passport, details and statements of his multiple bank accounts and more. The dump also contains a list of his properties, cars, and other assets.
