Vaani Kapoor Denies She Had Plastic Surgery, Blames Facial 'Changes' On French Winter

Ever since the first teaser of Aditya Chopra's Befikre came out, everybody has been talking about how drastically different Vaani Kapoor's face is looking in the film.

Social media was abuzz about how Vaani got a chin surgery and a lip job sneakily done to enhance overall facial features.

The actress seemingly looked much different than she did in her debut, Shuddh Desi Romance, but insists she hasn't gone under the knife.

In an interview with Mid-Day, the actress was asked about the same and she had a rather funny response to the rumors plaguing her.

She said, "I have lost weight; my face is bound to look different. We shot in Paris when it was freezing; the cameras keep zooming in and out. The face looks different from different angles."

In the same interview, she went on to add, "I can't afford surgery, I am only one-film old."

That is not factually correct, though. In 2014, she appeared in a Tamil film called Aaha Kalyalam, an official remake of Maneesh Sharma's Band Baaja Baarat.

She then added that she "doesn't judge those who opt for it."

While one has recently seen her in the Befikre teasers, posters, and trailers, have a look at how she looked three years ago in Shuddh Desi Romance.
