Lenovo is set to reveal its latest smartphone in India on Tuesday 29 November. The device is going to be Vibe K6 Power which was originally launched at IFA (Internationale Funkausstellung) in Berlin in September.

The smartphone is touted to be a mid-range offering with a huge 4000 mAh battery packed inside it. The other specifications resemble a budget phone. It runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor used in a lot of sub-₹10000 phones. It has a 5 inch full HD screen. It is notable that Lenovo's last offering Lenovo Z2 Plus has a quite an impressive 5-inch screen.

The phone has a 13 MP rear camera and an 8 MP front camera. There are two variants of the phone with the lower-end variant sporting 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal memory and the high-end variant sporting a 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory. The smartphone runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 out of the box.

It'd be interesting to see how the phone does against the other high-battery powered competitors such as Asus Zenfone 3 Max and Xiaomi Redmi 3S prime. According to a recent report by IDC Lenovo climbed to the second position in the smartphone shipment chart in India in the third quarter. This rise was mostly fueled by the mid-range offerings from Lenovo and Moto combined.
