Alia Bhatt, who will be next seen opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Gauri Shinde's Dear Zindagi, turned agony aunt on Twitter, as part of the film's promotions.

She was taking in questions from her fans about the many maladies of life and offering quick solutions for the same.

One of the users on Twitter asked her what's the best way of 'forgetting someone'.

To this, she replied, "I guess you are talking about a breakup or perhaps a (broken) friendship. Well, never forget a person in your life. Cherish them. Learn from them and try and move forward instead of 'canceling' whatever happened in the past.

Cancelling? Okay.

Incidentally, in Dear Zindagi, Alia plays a character who goes through three heartbreaks and the film is essentially about how she learns from each of her relationships.

On the chat, heartbreak and how to cope up with it wasn't the only agenda. Here's all the help she gave on Twitter.

Never change, Alia.
