What probably became as big a news as the hacking of Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg's Pinterest and LinkedIn accounts, was the password that he used for both accounts. As revealed by the hackers, the password was 'dadada'. The group responsible for the hacking calls itself, OurMine.

In the last few years, the hacking groups that have earned the most fame, or rather, notoriety, have been Anonymous and GhostRec. The last couple of weeks though belonged to the three-man team of OurMine.

The group's latest target was Google's CEO Sundar Pichai. They hacked his Quora account and posted several messages from there, mostly informing him about the lack of security on the account and how they could help him improve it. Pichai's Quora account was linked to his Twitter account, and OurMine posted many messages there too. "Hey, it's OurMine, we are just testing your security, please visit OurMine to upgrade it," they tweeted.

OurMine claims that they are a security group. After hacking Pichai's account they said that they never change any account passwords and only post the messages to indicate that the account can be hacked.

"We don’t need money, but we are selling security services because there is a lot [of] people [who] want to check their security. We are not blackhat hackers, we are just a security group…we are just trying to tell people that nobody is safe,” one of OurMine team members told Wired.

The hacking group has targetted many high profile people, both inside and outside the tech community. With Zuckerberg's hack, they also cracked his sister Randi Zuckerberg's Twitter account. Another target was Spotify founder Daniel Ek's Twitter account.

The magazine TechCrunch claims that OurMine comprises three teenagers and English is clearly not their first language. But they do have a certain swagger about them, what with their own theme song too.

OurMine has started offering their services professionally. They offer the website security audit for a $1000 and a company-wide audit for $5000. They have listed all their hacks on their website Ourmine.org and posted videos of news clips as well.
