On Tuesday, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal met the fishermen community in Goa. Aam Aadmi Party will be contesting in Goa for the first time in the upcoming state assembly elections.

"We are sure of winning 35 out of 40 seats in Goa. Our first priority is to curb corruption.", Kejriwal added. He was given a traditional welcome by fishermen community -- wearing a tiara made out of flowers.

While it was a traditional Goan headgear, his photo spread like wildfire on social media and he became a meme in no time.
