Pakistani actor Fawad Khan enjoys a huge fan following both in his home country and in India. Women in particular go gaga over the Khoobsurat (2014) star, for obvious reasons, and this was evident once again over the weekend when the star, along with many others, attended the 17th IIFA Awards held in Madrid, Spain.
As soon as Khan entered the venue along with director-producer Karan Johar, a chorus of female voices called out his name. Ranveer Singh, who was also giving an interview (and perhaps couldn't take the attention shifting from him to the Kapoor & Sons: Since 1921 star) started playfully imitating Khan's female fans, pretending to swoon and then excitedly ask him for a hug. Khan, who looked characteristically dapper, grinned good-naturedly through it all.
Singh, who bagged the award for the best performance in a leading role for Bajirao Mastani (2015), laughingly said, “What happens to chicks when they see him? What happens to you all?”
