Here's An Insanely Cool Review Of Raman Raghav 2.0 Rapped By 'Gandu' Director Q

Here's An Insanely Cool Review Of Raman Raghav 2.0 Rapped By 'Gandu' Director Q
YouTube

Director of the cult film Gandu (2010) Qaushik Mukherjee (or Q as he likes to call himself), is at the ongoing Cannes film festival. He ended up watching Anurag Kashyap's serial-killer drama, Raman Raghav 2.0, which premiered in the Director's Fortnight section. Apparently, Kashyap told Q that he'd let him watch his film if he promised to rap the review.

And Q agreed.

While the film has been generally receiving decent reviews, with most critics leaning towards the positive, Q decided to record his own commentary on the film, but in a unique format.

The director, whose upcoming film Brahman Naman will stream on Netflix, is clearly bowled by Kashyap's latest offering and speaks in complete fanboy lingo on how terrific the psychological thriller is.

Q assumes the identity of Dr. Gandu in the video that is laced with profanities and is heard rapping furiously about how dark, dodgy and satisfying a watch Raman Raghav 2.0 is.

Raman Raghav 2.0 also received a standing ovation at the festival.
