Ayushmann Khurrana, who was last seen in the charming Dum Lagake Haisha, has started shooting for his next film, the Akshay Roy-directed Meri Pyaari Bindu.
The film's producers, Yash Raj Films, uploaded a teaser clip introducing his character, Abhimanyu Roy. The film looks like it's set in a different period in Bengal, with an eccentric Ayushmann typing away and reading out verses from one of his upcoming books, 'Aawara Dhobin.'
While not a lot is known about the film, Meri Pyaari Bindu features Parineeti Chopra, who Ayushmann's character refers to in the teaser. The teaser also hints at
It's been a while since Parineeti has been MIA, so it'd be interesting to watch what she's coming up with. The pairing of the lead couple is also fresh, as the duo hasn't acted together in the past.
