After his spectacular show at the recently-concluded T20 world-cup, Virat Kohli has finally found some time for romantic outings. And the same can be said about his ladylove Anushka Sharma, who herself is in the middle of a gruelling shoot, filming for Yash Raj Film's Sultan. The couple, who have been avoiding media enquires about their alleged break-up, was spotted having dinner at an upscale restaurant in Bandra in suburban Mumbai.
While Sharma looked stunning with minimal make-up, pairing a black crop-top with a skirt, Kohli kept it casual with a charcoal-grey shirt and white pants
According to the Indian Express, Virat and Anushka looked 'comfortable with each other' but headed out in separate cars with Virat escorting Anushka to her vehicle. However, a source HuffPost spoke to said that the couple may have done so only to hoodwink the over-zealous photographers and headed to another venue, together.
While a Pinkvilla report stated that the couple shifted the party to Salman Khan's house at Bandstand. When HuffPost spoke to Khan's sister Arpita Khan to verify if the couple had dropped by last night, perhaps to wish her newborn, she denied any visit from Virat-Anushka at the Khan household. "No, the two didn't come over," she said.
Rumours of Virat and Anushka's break-up first surfaced on February 1 when it was reported that the actress has refused Virat's marriage proposal, and wants to focus on her career instead (Sharma is also a film-producer). While neither of them confirmed or denied the stories, Virat did send out some cryptic tweets (he later deleted them) hinting at a rift between him and his girlfriend.
A friend of the actress, speaking on the condition of anonymity, told HuffPost that the couple is taking their time to "sort out differences that were very real" and that they "very much want to be together."
