Former pacer for the Indian cricket team S Sreesanth has donned a new hat. He is now a politician, all ready to contest the Kerala assembly elections. Last Friday, the BJP announced that Sreesanth has formally joined the party and would contest from Thiruvananthapuram.
So, the former cricketer, inspired by the party symbol, carried a bunch of lotus flowers in his hands and draped a BJP flag like a scarf to kick off his campaign.
Sreesanth tweeted out a couple of pictures from his campaign.

And, left Twitter quite amused. Twitteratti is trying to figure what Sreesanth is actually up to:

While Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been social media's favourite meme-worthy person, it seems the former cricketer may just snatch that crown away from him.
