Actress Shilpa Shetty has been Bollywood's poster-girl for fitness for a while now. So on Wednesday, when she decided to join Ramdev, India's bonafide 'yoga guru', on stage for a joint exercise session, it promised to be nothing short of kick ass.

But a hilarious lack of coordination, a photographer who scooted up and down trying to get the best shot, and an Irish-style hop and skip routine left the two health experts the subject of much amusement on the Internet.

Shetty had gone visiting Ramdev at a five-day yoga camp that he recently organised in Mumbai.

Ramdev called the actress to showcase a few moves for the audience and the cameras. The resulting 40-second video kind of sums up all of our struggles at yoga class when the teacher is enthusiastic but you just don't wanna.

Meanwhile, Huffington Post India's lifestyle editor Aashmita Nayar imagined Shetty and Ramdev dancing to Y.M.C.A.

Kids, this is why you need to practice your yoga moves daily.
