India might have lost the third ODI and the series against Australia, but that does not mean one can mess with Virat Kohli.
When Aussies are on a roll, they don't miss a chance to rub it in. They are in fact known for their aggressive sledging. So, when Kohli was going all guns blazing during the in the 3rd ODI in Melbourne, James Faulkner tried to rile him up. Kohli was at 73 then.
And, the Indian vice-captain shut him down in the most epic way.
While bowling the 35th over, Faulkner was returning to his bowling mark when Kohli finished a single at the non-striker’s end. Faulkner walked up to Kohli and said something that the microphones failed to pick. However, they sure picked Kohli's epic response.
"You're wasting your energy. There's no point, I've smashed you enough in my life. Just go and bowl," Kohli told Faulkner.
*Slow clap*
