Trying to quit smoking has never been easy. One needs every bit of will power, determination and support to be able to stand true to their commitment of non- smoking. But it’s easier said than done. Often the withdrawal symptoms of cigarettes are so hard to control that you find yourself taking yet another drag. However, one should not be let down and lose hope.   1. Acceptance

And then every time you have the urge, they will encourage you to stick to your determination. You can also seek help from comfort groups, where people gather together to support each other in fighting their odds.
