Pathankot Attack: Sachin Tendulkar Pays Tribute To Martyrs

NEW DELHI -- Legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar on Tuesday expressed his grief at the loss of lives of security force personnel in the terror attack at the Pathankot Air Base, saying that they were the 'real heroes' of the nation.

The Master Blaster took to Twitter to express his condolence.

In a series of tweets, he said, "The real heroes of the country are the security forces who have once again shown their steel in the #Patankhot attack. Tragic to lose some of these bravehearts. Heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of the martyrs."

All six terrorists were neutralised in the combing operation.
