Commenting on Bharatiya Janata Party leader Shatrughan Sinha's meeting with Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, following the state election, BJP's senior leader Kailash Vijayvargia compared the actor-turned politician to a dog.

"Jab gaadi chalti hai, kutta niche chalta hai, kutta samajhta hai gaadi mere bharose chal rahi hai," he said on Monday

(When the dog is under a moving car, the dog thinks that the car is moving because of the dog).

Vijayvargia followed this analogy by saying that the party doesn't run because of one person's efforts, and claimed that Sinha's identity was because of the BJP. Last week, Vijayvargia was roundly rebuked for saying that Shah Rukh Khan 'lived in India, but his heart was in Pakistan'.
