In India, you ask complete strangers a lot of personal questions. In a crowded bus, you ask boldly, "Madam, where will you get off?" The concerned relative who you have never heard of, calls up your mother and asks "why is your daughter not married yet?"

But when it comes to sex and sexual health, there are some things that Indians still hesitate to bring up in front of strangers, for fear of being judged and ridiculed. And, that includes buying a condom from a chemist.

Standup comedian Abijit Ganguly explains what happens when a man goes to buy a condom. Read: Awkward.

First, he will NEVER go to his regular chemist store. He will go to a store that almost always looked deserted. But, not that day. There will be angry aunties, teenage girls and young kids staring at him. So, uttering the C-word? Oh well, go figure.
