Seasoned Indian politicians aren't exactly known for chilling. So when one decides to have fun with a popular Queen number it's pretty much a mic drop moment.

Mukul Sangma, Chief Minister of Meghalaya, did just that. Sangma was spotted singing “I Want To Break Free,” an 80s anthem, for attendees of an event cleverly named NICT 'Meghabytes' in a video uploaded on YouTube in 2012.

Meghabytes was a one-day event organised in 2012 by The Telegraph and the government of Meghalaya to foster the growth of Meghalaya’s IT sector. In the video, the chief minister sings the song with a band playing in the background and to lots of cheers from the crowd.

But, Sangama isn't our only cool politician.

Former Congress MP Milind Deora, who was also the Telecom Minister in 2011, has a deep love for blues and has been playing the guitar since he was 6-years old. The 38-year-old often performs in pubs and bars.

Recently, Tathagata Satpathy, an MP from Dhenkanal in Odisha, admitted to smoking weed in his Reddit AMA and became a social media star almost instantly.
