We all have heard of famous couples such as Romeo and Juliet, Laila and Majnu, and Scarlett O'Hara and Rhett Butler, and their famous love stories. But Fakeeradas and Radhika from Lakhimpur Kheri became legends by living and dying together after almost 100 years of marriage.

Fakeeradas and Radhika, who got married in their early 20s, died due to a heart attack at the age of 107 and 103, respectively, reported Etv Uttar Pradesh.

The villagers say that when Radhika died of a heart attack, Fakeeradas couldn't bear the loss of his wife, and passed away within a couple of hours.

"Neither of them would eat dinner without each other. In fact, they would always wait for each other," one of the villagers told Etv UP. "In fact, they always said that they wanted to die together," he added.

The couple had no children.
