Actress Kalki Koechlin and Anurag Kashyap appear to be officially calling off their marriage. In an interview with Times Of India, Kalki was quoted saying they have applied for divorce and would get it soon.

"Last year was a little bit more of a struggle, as I didn't know where I was going. I wasn't sure where my relationship with Anurag was going. All of it was unclear. Now, we are pretty clear that we are not going to be together. We have already applied for divorce and will get it soon," she said.

The duo met, and fell in love on the sets of Dev D in 2009. They married a couple of years later in April, however, in 2013, declared that they were separating to sort out a few things, but were not contemplating divorce.

Rumours about actress Huma Qureshi causing a rift between Kalki and the Bombay Velvet director were cast aside by Kalki herself in a tweet.

Kalki also mentioned in her interview that it was nice to be at work. 'The Girl In Yellow Boots' star (directed by Kashyap while they were together) will be appearing in Shonali Bose's 'Margarita With A Straw' scheduled to be released on April 17. She plays a role of a girl with cerebral palsy exploring her sexuality.
