SanDisk Stuffs 200GB Into A MicroSD Card

SanDisk introduced the world’s highest capacity microSD card at the Mobile World Congress, topping the previous best by 56 percent.

According to the press release, the 200GB Ultra microSDXC UHS-I card uses SanDisk’s proprietary technology used in their 128GB Ultra microSDXC card, and delivers speeds of up to 90MB/s, which the company claims can move 1200 photos per minute.

The MicroSD card will be available for purchase in the second quarter this year, and comes with a 10-year warranty for $400.
