BJP leader Vijay Sonkar Shastri on Sunday condemned the vandalisation of another Hindu temple in Washington and added that such incidents there were a cause for worry.

"It is a condemnable act. America is the kind of nation where every religion has the same rights and if such things happen there then it is a cause for worry," Shahstri told here.

As per reports, several windows were broken and the word "fear" painted on the wall of the Kent Hindu Temple in Washington on Thursday.

This is the second such act of vandalisation in Washington in the past month.

A Hindu temple was earlier in February vandalised with a hate speech in Washington.

The incident happened when unidentified miscreants sprayed swastika and painted "Get Out" on one of the walls of the temple in the Seattle Metropolitan area.
