The black French man, who was prevented from boarding a local train by fans of the Chelsea football club on Tuesday, filed an official complaint with the French police on Thursday, AFP reported.

"These people, these English supporters, must be found, punished and locked up," he told Le Parisien newspaper.

Le Parisien identified him as Souleymane S, a 33-year-old French Mauritian man.

This is the video of the Chelsea football fans preventing him from boarding a local train in Paris. They can be heard singing, "We're racist, we're racist and that's the way we like it."

The video shows the man attempting to board the train, but getting shoved out by the men, at least four times.

The footage was obtained by the Guardian newspaper which reported that the incident occurred on Tuesday evening at the platform of the Richelieu – Drouot station before Chelsea’s Champions League tie against Paris Saint-Germain at Parc des Princes.

The British and the French police have already hunting for the Chelsea fans involved in the racist episode.

Paul Nolan, a British expatriate, who filmed the clip on his phone, spoke to the Guardian about how the chilling scene played out on the platform. “The doors were open and I could see and hear that a lot of chanting was going on,” he said. “It looked like it was quite aggressive so I just took out by phone to record it.”

“I was just completely appalled by it and so that’s why I tried to catch some of it on my phone, although I was a bit self-conscious as it was getting quite aggressive and I overhead one of the Chelsea fans say something about stabbing someone. I think he was referring to a Paris Saint-Germain supporter who was on the platform.”

Nolan said that others on the platform looked on in disbelief. “There definitely was a culture shock. I heard a couple of French guys saying: ‘I can’t believe this. It’s insane,’” he said.

Meanwhile, the Football Chelsea Club issued a statement condemning the incident.

“Such behaviour is abhorrent and has no place in football or society. We will support any criminal action against those involved, and should evidence point to involvement of Chelsea season-ticket holders or members the club will take the strongest possible action against them, including banning orders," the club said.

Twitter was flooded with messages expressing outrage over the shocking episode.
