Delhi neighbourhoods were abuzz with political activity this morning, as citizens lined up in large numbers to cast their vote. Schools were converted to polling booths, police and security forces were stationed around them to regulate the crowds.
Voter turnout till 1 pm was around 36 percent according to TV reports, as Delhi citizens donned their political caps and took over the streets.
