The best thing about the official trailer of Kamal Haasan's latest film 'Uttama Villain' is - you don't have to know the language to appreciate it. It’s already a hit on Youtube, even though the much-awaited tri-lingual film is slotted for a release in February this year in Tamil, Telegu and Kannada.

With a script written by Haasan himself, the trailer promises a fiery storyline in which the veteran actor explores two eras, several costumes and a lot of makeup – so usual, usual. His legendary versatility adds to the intimidating effect the movie has. A fierce background score composed by M. Ghibran accompanies the colourful trailer – which is hat tip to famous director and Haasan's mentor, late K Balachander.

According to a report by IBT, the movie shall definitely have a chapter that shares the relationship between the actor and Balachander.

The rest of the cast, including K Vishwanath, Urvashi, Pooja Kumar, Andrea Jeremiah, Jayaram and Parvathi are also introduced in the trailer.
